Dematic is seeking a global marketing professional to lead the positioning and go-to-market strategy for the Flexible Automation portfolio. You will connect customer insights with portfolio strategy and translate complex technology into clear commercial value for customers and sales teams worldwide.

Reporting to the Global Solutions Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the global marketing strategy and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant technology solutions or portfolio marketing experience in a complex technical environment.
• Experience owning a product/portfolio marketing strategy from customer insight to go-to-market execution.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into compelling value propositions and market messages.
• Experience delivering global or multi-market GTM strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, buying journeys and perceptions of value.
• Identify priority segments, applications and opportunities through market analysis.
• Own and evolve the global marketing strategy, positioning and value proposition for Flexible Automation.
• Position technologies within customer-focused solutions and use cases.
• Translate capabilities of AMRs, AGVs, robotics into clear customer benefits.
• Create sales narratives, presentations, use cases and content for sales enablement.
• Collaborate with regional teams to measure performance and refine strategy.
