Job summary

SAMY is seeking a Content Director in Greater London to lead content vision and strategy for brands across social platforms. You will shape cultural insights into scalable content ecosystems and ensure the creative output aligns with brand and business objectives.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with clients and creators, and drive content excellence from ideation to delivery while leveraging trends, AI, and performance data to optimize impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns for major brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall content strategy and creative direction across TikTok, Reels, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Translate brand objectives, cultural insights and social trends into innovative content concepts and formats.
• Oversee the development of content from ideation and production through to final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Lead and inspire content creators, designers, editors, creators and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop content frameworks, guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across markets and platforms.
• Identify emerging trends, creator formats and cultural opportunities to keep brands relevant and ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Influencer and Creative teams to develop integrated social-first campaigns.
• Present creative and content strategies to clients, building confidence and securing alignment.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve creative output and impact.
