Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie in London is seeking a Global Social Media & Digital Communications Manager to lead our social channels globally and shape a cohesive digital narrative for the firm. You will partner with a global team across Asia, Australia and the US to deliver compelling content and strategies that elevate our brand.

The role requires 6+ years in digital communications, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to social media.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital communications or social media with strategic counsel and hands-on execution.
• Experience developing and reporting on social media strategies and processes.
• Deep knowledge of social media and digital marketing, with a drive to learn new developments.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn; experience training others in-person/online; passion for growing engaged audiences.
• Experience using reporting and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Oktopost, Sprinklr, etc.
• Excellent communication and networking skills across levels, including global leadership.
• B2B/professional services experience, ideally in a legal or financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s global social media strategy, including organic, paid, leadership channels, and employee advocacy.
• Own the EMEA content calendar, plan, create, schedule and publish high-quality content.
• Advise on social media best practices and deliver content as part of broader marketing initiatives.
• Report on channel performance, analyze trends, and drive improvements in digital communications.
• Manage agency relationships, briefing and developing content and paid media for EMEA.
• Deliver an effective employee advocacy strategy and manage tools to maximise brand engagement.
