A premier global management consultancy experiencing rapid international growth is seeking a Head of Global Communications to spearhead its international press, internal messaging, and brand visibility strategy. Operating across major international markets with an impressive revenue footprint, this partner-led organisation offers a dynamic, high-visibility platform for an ambitious communications leader. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will act as the strategic architect for the firm's overarching voice, working closely with senior leadership to elevate brand reputation and build trust across key growth regions.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the global external communications strategy, with a core focus on expanding media presence outside of core central markets. Leading a dedicated international team, you will oversee public relations, internal communications, and organic social media channels, while driving executive profile raising for senior partners. The position demands a hands-on approach where strategic vision is balanced with day-to-day delivery, from reviewing press materials to steering external agency partners. Working alongside C-suite stakeholders and international market leads, you will ensure a cohesive narrative that resonates both externally with top-tier media and internally across a fast-expanding workforce.
