Ambition, a London-based international law firm, seeks a Social Media & Digital Communications Manager to lead its global social media function within the Brand & Communications team. You will report to the Director of External Communications and shape a cohesive digital strategy across regions.

You will coordinate with digital communications colleagues across Asia, Australia, and the US to deliver compelling content and maintain consistent brand messaging globally.

Formación

• Experience in digital communications or social media with strategic and hands-on roles.
• Proven ability to develop, deliver, and report on social media strategies.
• Deep LinkedIn knowledge and ability to train others.
• Strong copywriting to produce clear digital content.
• Hands-on scheduling and reporting using Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Oktopost or Sprinklr.
• Solid editing and proofreading with brand voice adherence.
• Experience managing agencies across multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong communication and global stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global social media strategy, including organic and paid content.
• Own EMEA content calendar end-to-end.
• Advise on social media best practices and create content for thought leadership and brand.
• Track and report channel performance to drive improvements.
• Manage external agencies for EMEA paid media strategies.
• Develop and manage employee advocacy across the EMEA team.
• Collaborate with global digital communications to ensure messaging consistency.
