Job summary

Butler Ross seeks an experienced International SIOP Lead to own the end-to-end SIOP across EMEA, APAC, Japan and LATAM. You will develop, implement and continuously improve SIOP processes, governance and standard ways of working with diverse regional teams.

The role requires leading monthly SIOP cycles, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering executive KPI reporting to drive planning maturity, inventory optimization and working capital improvements. International travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Supply Chain Planning, including demand, supply, inventory and capacity.
• At least 5 years' experience leading SIOP/S&OP or IBP in an international environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical capability translating complex planning data into clear insights.
• Experience developing SIOP KPIs, dashboards and performance measures.
• Good understanding of the financial impact of SIOP decisions (revenue, margin, working capital, inventory).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; Power BI and ERP experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's advantageous; APICS/ASCM, IBF, Lean Six Sigma or PMP beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end International SIOP across EMEA, APAC, Japan and LATAM.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve SIOP processes, governance and standard ways of working.
• Lead the monthly SIOP cycle encompassing Product Review, Demand Review, Supply Review and Executive SIOP Review.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, agendas, inputs and outputs across multiple functional workstreams.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify risks, opportunities and trade-offs and support timely executive decision making.
• Lead scenario planning across demand, supply, capacity and inventory.
• Ensure decisions, risks, opportunities and actions are effectively documented, communicated and progressed.
• Provide the connection between International and Global SIOP processes, ensuring regional outputs and global feedback are integrated.
• Develop executive-level presentations, KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Drive increased SIOP maturity through improved reporting, planning capability, governance and system enhancements.
