Job summary

Smith+Neu seeks an SIOP Lead to drive supply, demand and operations planning across the organisation. You will lead a small team, influence senior leaders and align Commercial, Finance and Operations on priorities and actions.

You will prepare insights and executive materials, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure delivery of agreed actions. The role supports business planning and continuous improvement in a global medical technology environment.

Qualifications

• SIOP/S&OP, demand planning and/or PLM experience in a global organization.
• Experience leading small teams and managing stakeholders at senior levels.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team through organisational change and transformation.
• Drive the SIOP process across the AWM business with cross‑functional alignment.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to facilitate decision making and keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare and present business insights, recommendations, and executive materials.
