Job summary

Butler Ross seeks an experienced International SIOP Lead to own the global SIOP processes across EMEA, APAC, Japan and LATAM. You will develop and implement governance, cadence and reporting to align demand, supply, inventory and capacity with data-driven decisions.

The role requires leading cross-functional discussions with regional teams, presenting executive-level updates, and driving SIOP maturity. International travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply chain planning including demand, supply, inventory and capacity planning.
• At least 5 years' experience leading SIOP/IBP/S&OP or similar in an international environment.
• Strong analytical capability to translate complex planning data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing SIOP KPIs, dashboards and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end International SIOP process across EMEA, APAC, Japan and LATAM.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve SIOP processes, governance and standard ways of working.
• Lead the monthly SIOP cycle with Product, Demand, Supply and Executive reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholders and inputs across multiple functional workstreams.
