Job summary

Accrofab Ltd. is seeking a Demand Manager to lead the lean Demand Management and SIOP processes within our Supply Chain/Production Department. You will act as the main contact for customer orderbook demands and partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and procurement to ensure the orderbook reflects current requirements.

You will develop KPI suites, monitor orderbook evolution, and drive improvements across the supply base while coaching teams to adhere to ERP principles and company policies.

Qualifications

• Owns and evolves a lean Demand Management process.
• Main point of contact for customers' orderbook demands.
• Develops detailed summaries on orderbook evolution and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Owns, develops and program manages the implementation and evolution of a lean Purchasing & Supply Chain Management process.
• Provide a robust Orderbook Demand signal for the SIOP process to forecast sales, manning and machine levels.
• Create KPI suites detailing Sales & Arrears trends (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers to address delivery issues and drive improvements.
• Coach teams on adhering to ERP principles and operating rules.
