Job summary

Det-Tronics, a global technology leader in industrial life safety, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in the UK to support customers, regional sales managers and project teams. You will manage all orders, shipping and invoicing from regional offices across the UK, Europe and Middle East.

You will liaise with customers, internal teams and vendors, maintain accurate warehouse inventory, and provide bespoke shipping documents and updates to customers to ensure smooth delivery and strong

Qualifications

• Customer order management and processing experience.
• Good understanding to deliver excellent customer service.
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Numerical accuracy.
• Articulate, good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks.
• Team player and able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales order processing from inventory receipt to invoicing and reporting.
• Liaise with Regional Sales Managers and Customer Account Managers to resolve queries relating to shipping and invoicing.
• Provide customers with status updates and maintain customer portals/documentation.
• Produce on-time delivery (OTD) metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Detector Electronics Corporation colleagues and vendors to meet delivery expectations.
• Assist finance with invoice queries and annual audits.
• Maintain stock accuracy at external warehouse facilities and assist with stock takes.
