Job summary

Shell invites applications for a Share Plans & Deferred Compensation Advisor to design, implement and manage end-to-end share plans processes across the organisation.

You will lead the design and implementation of restricted and performance share awards, deferred compensation programmes and employee share purchase plans, coordinating with third-party administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience of share plan administration.
• Strong numerical, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive multitasker with excellent organisation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the design and implementation of Shell’s share plans.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators and global tax providers for accurate administration.
• Ensure tax and legal compliance for share plans and key events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant share plan programmes.
• Drive process improvement through technology and policy reviews.
• Support data management processes with internal and external partners.
• Assist HR during corporate activities related to share plans.
