Shell invites applications for a Share Plans & Deferred Compensation Advisor to design, implement and manage end-to-end share plans processes across the organisation.
You will lead the design and implementation of restricted and performance share awards, deferred compensation programmes and employee share purchase plans, coordinating with third-party administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant execution.

As a Share Plan & Deferred Compensation Advisor, you will play a leading role in managing the design and implementation of Shell’s share plans, including restricted share awards, performance share Awards, deferred compensation programmes and employee share purchase plans.
Extensive practical experience of share plan administration. Excellent numerical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. A high level of proficiency in excel is required Proactive multitasker with excellent organisational and project management skills. Comfortable managing internal and external relationships. Able to work independently on ad hoc projects. Professional qualifications such as ACA, CTA (or other equivalent accounting/tax/legal qualifications), or ICSA share plans qualification desirable Enthusiastic about simplifying processes and improving the employee experience.
