Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Service Engineer on a 5-month contract to support the launch and ongoing service of complex medical technology products within a regulated environment.

You’ll work with international R&D teams, product owners and service functions to design the processes, documentation, training and workflows needed for product deployment, installation, configuration and support.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical service engineering within R&D or product-development settings.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating service documentation, workflows and technical training materials.
• Experience with product deployment, configuration, installation or upgrade support.
• Ability to manage customer escalations and collaborate across functions.
• Desirable: experience in medical devices or safety-critical environments.
• Desirable: experience supporting cloud-based products or system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and ongoing service of complex technology products in a regulated environment.
• Provide hands-on Tier 3 technical support and manage customer escalations.
• Collaborate with international R&D teams, product owners and service functions to define deployment processes.
• Transfer new service processes into operations and support product deployments onsite.
