Quality Start Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a Medical Device Service Engineer to design processes, documentation, training and workflows for delivery, installation, support and servicing of medical device products.

You will provide hands-on technical support through design and post-surveillance, align with FDA/ISO/IEC design controls, and contribute to the transfer of service design to operations. The role is a 6-month contract based in Gloucester with a PAYE rate of £26.54 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering, installing and servicing medical devices.
• Experience with Cloud solution products.
• Contract role for 6 months with potential extension.

Responsabilités

• Design Service Engineering documentation through the product lifecycle.
• Participate in pre-sale activities as needed.
• Develop/administer training for relevant teams.
• Tier 3 support for handling customer escalations.
• Ensure design controls per FDA/ISO/IEC during development.
