Job summary

Kliklok, a Syntegon company based in Bristol, UK, seeks a seasoned professional to own the service portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for the FDV business unit.

Lead installed-base analytics, shape service offerings, and drive go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with sales, service, and marketing to maximise value.

You will translate customer insights into portfolio improvements, coordinate with R&D and cross‑functional teams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the service portfolio from concept to launch to retirement, including value proposition, business case, lifecycle planning, and performance monitoring.
• Lead the development and launch of new service products, solutions, and campaigns with sales, service, and marketing.
• Gather and translate customer needs and feedback into actionable portfolio improvements and innovation priorities.
• Define and prioritize service-related development needs for the R&D roadmap.
• Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities to inform portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with after-sales, sales, R&D, service, and marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
• Support marketing with events, campaigns, materials, and value messaging to boost portfolio visibility and sales impact.
• Track portfolio performance, adoption, profitability, and customer impact to optimize offerings.
