Job summary

FSP is expanding its M365 Consultancy practice and seeks a Microsoft 365 Consultant to plan, design, and deliver standard and customised M365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams and Purview. The role covers the full lifecycle from presales to handover, with security clearance required and UK residency of at least five years.

You will run client workshops, architect solutions, deliver training, and produce documentation while building trusted relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Purview) across client environments.
• Consult and advise clients on M365 capabilities and potential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related cloud services.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and present to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and workshops to capture requirements and identify design needs.
• Architecture and Design (High-Level and Low-Level) of Microsoft 365 Solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and client workshops to support successful delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Produce project documentation and training materials for end-users and technical teams.
