Job summary

FSP is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead the planning, design and delivery of standard and customised M365 solutions. You will drive architecture, presales activities and full project lifecycle from design to handover in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires expertise in SharePoint, Teams and Purview with working knowledge of Azure, and a proactive, stakeholder-friendly approach to client engagements. Security clearance is a requirement for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams and Purview.
• Ability to consult and advise on capabilities of the M365 platform to clients.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related cloud concepts.
• Autonomous time management and prioritisation across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client consultations and workshops to capture requirements and identify design needs.
• Architecture and Design (High-Level and Low-Level) of Microsoft 365 Solutions.
• Delivering training sessions and client workshops to support delivery of solutions.
• Building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients.
• Ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery to clients.
• Producing project documentation and training materials for end-users and technical teams.
