Job summary

Next Ventures partners with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international operations.

You will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives, including S/4HANA migrations, migrations, and multi-country rollouts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large SAP programmes.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration or global rollout experience.
• Cross-functional leadership across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other functions.
• Act as the interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, reporting, and communications.
• Oversee risks, issues, escalations, change control, and programme financials.
