Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced leader to drive SAP transformation programs from inception to completion. You will manage complex, multi-country deployments, coordinate distributed teams and vendors, and partner with IT, business and Change teams to ensure program success.

The role demands delivering programs on time, within budget, and with quality, while influencing senior stakeholders across client organizations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Lead challenging SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Deliver programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
• Experience with global teams and a track record of leading consultant resources locally and remotely.
• Knowledge of setting up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery within budget, on time and to quality standards.
• Motivate and manage geographically distributed teams including multi-vendor environments.
• Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business and change management teams for program success.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
