Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Program Leader to drive large-scale business transformations for global CPG clients in the UK. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, including business case definition, governance, and multi-team coordination across regions.

The role requires 12–15 years of consulting experience, deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, and a proven track record delivering programs over $10 million.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP-enabled transformations across the full lifecycle.
• CPG industry domain knowledge is essential.
• 12-15 years of consulting experience required.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver programs >$10mn in multi-geographic setups.
• Ability to manage multi-vendor/client structures and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP-enabled transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Manage geographically distributed teams and multi-vendor environments.
• Develop structured program delivery frameworks and ensure Fit-To-Standard adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams for program success.
• Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and deliver value.
