Job summary

Infosys Consulting Europe is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation leader with 18–20 years of experience to drive S/4HANA programs for Life Sciences clients. You will sell, lead, and deliver complex SAP transformations across multi-country deployments while managing executive relationships.

You will mentor teams, work with offshore resources, and shape the client’s transformation agenda, ensuring value delivery, growth, and sustained senior client trust.

Qualifications

• 18-20+ years in SAP-enabled transformations and program delivery.
• Experience selling and delivering SAP solutions at executive/board level.
• Multi-country SAP roll-outs (ECC and S/4HANA) experience in Life Sciences.
• Experience with global delivery and offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to capture and sell SAP integrated transformation solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor on SAP matters with clients.
• Oversee revenues and margins for key accounts (target approximately $6M annually).
• Lead delivery of SAP programs across large enterprises and complex environments.
• Mentor and guide consulting teams, including senior executives and managers.
• Build relationships with partners, engagement managers, and client stakeholders.
• Lead proposal development, articulating Infosys value and differentiators.
