Job summary

Wolfspeed in Belfast, NI seeks a Global Sales & Marketing Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to drive scalable solutions across our global organization. You will gather requirements, design Salesforce-enabled processes, manage integrations with ERP, and lead testing to ensure delivery quality.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BU's is essential to deliver optimized Lead to Cash workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Clouds).
Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce processes: lead management, opportunity lifecycle, pipeline management, pricing and channel management, customer engagement.
Proficiency configuring workflows, approvals, automations (Flow/Process Builder).
Strong data modeling, security, and governance for Salesforce data.
Experience with integrations, data migration, and middleware platforms.
Experience with Snowflake and BI tools for dashboards and reporting.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tooling and analytics within Salesforce ecosystems.
Strong SDLC understanding and testing (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, A/B).

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across Salesforce, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and support.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Units to deliver scalable solutions across the Lead to Cash lifecycle.
Design and optimize Lead to Cash processes: Account, Opportunity, pricing, channel, and registration management.
Configure Salesforce data models, workflows, approvals, and automation.
Support integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and related enterprise systems.
Develop reports and dashboards for operational and executive visibility.
Lead testing efforts (UAT, regression, end-to-end) to ensure quality delivery.
Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled enhancements for Sales & Marketing processes.
Provide user enablement and training to drive adoption of new tools.
