Job summary

Wolfspeed seeks a Global Sales & Marketing Business Analyst in Belfast, NI to drive Salesforce-enabled processes across the Sales & Marketing organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, design scalable solutions, and support testing and integrations to improve lead-to-cash workflows.

The role focuses on optimizing data flows, dashboards, and reporting while exploring AI-assisted insights and automation to streamline operations across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to design end-to-end Salesforce processes including lead management and pipeline management.
• Proficient in configuring workflows, approvals, and automation (Flow/Process Builder).
• Experience with data models, governance, and data quality in sales lifecycle.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and analytics platforms; knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across Salesforce, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and support.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Units to deliver scalable solutions.
• Design and optimize Lead to Cash processes such as Account/Opportunity management and channel data handling.
• Configure workflows, approvals, and automation to support sales execution and pipeline management.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and related enterprise systems; develop reports and dashboards.
