Job summary

Johnson Controls in Solihull is seeking a Salesforce System Specialist to drive adoption and optimisation of Salesforce across the EMEA sales organisation. You will partner with sales leaders and commercial teams to maximise productivity and provide data-driven insights.

In this hybrid role, you will develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs, support forecasting and territory planning, and lead governance and training to ensure Salesforce delivers maximum value for the business.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in Salesforce administration or CRM roles.
• Strong Salesforce functionality, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience in multi-country regional environments.
• Advanced data analysis and KPI development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce adoption, governance, and best practices across the EMEA region.
• Be the primary contact for Salesforce processes, enhancements, and user support.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to show business performance.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with global teams on deployments and system improvements.
• Deliver training and enablement to maximise tool usage.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across sales ops and tech platforms.
