Qualifications

• A degree in any discipline is essential.
• Strong commercial aptitude and a desire to learn.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and eye for detail.
• Highly organised with ability to manage priorities.
• Confident communicator, written and spoken.
• Able to use Excel and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Organise shipments to customers worldwide.
• Raise invoices and prepare shipping documentation.
• Use customer portals to arrange deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time orders.
• Check order, pricing and delivery information for accuracy.
• Monitor orders from receipt to dispatch.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records and support the sales team.
• Gain exposure to other areas such as credit control and logistics.
