Red Acorn Recruitment partners with a busy engineering company to recruit a Sales & Business Development Manager. The role focuses on growing strategic opportunities in Oil & Gas, process and industrial markets, including overseas growth and EPC opportunities.

You'll lead from opportunity identification to contract award, shaping a market-led strategy and winning new territories. A degree and a proven sales background in Oil & Gas or Process with a technical understanding of packaged solutions

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Development Manager in engineering sector.
• Proven sales background in Oil & Gas or Process sectors with technical understanding of pumps/valves.
• Experience with EPCs, tenders, ITTs and competitive bids.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within core markets.
• Lead growth initiatives and build a market-led strategy for overseas expansion.
• Manage opportunities from identification through to contract award.

Skills

Sales experience in Oil & Gas or 1+
