Red Acorn Recruitment seeks a Sales Director for an engineering company based near Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The role will quickly develop into Managing Director, with UK operation ownership and full P&L responsibility, reporting to the European Head Office.

Travel is regular, with office presence when not on client visits. Ideal candidates bring senior sales leadership in material handling or similar mechanical engineering environments and a track record of driving new business and building

Formación

• Senior sales management experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Proven ability to grow UK and international business.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work from a base in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Review and structure the current sales organisation.
• Drive new and existing UK and international business.
• Lead and motivate the sales team while performing hands-on sales.
• Regularly report to Head Office in Europe and maintain presence in the office when not travelling.
