Qualifications

• Experience in IT support roles with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain SaaS applications and manage IT equipment.
• Familiarity with information security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies related to Corporate IT and security compliance.
• Maintain asset inventory and coordinate IT equipment delivery.
• Train users on IT systems and provide technical support.

Skills

Operating system knowledge (Mac and Windows)

Proficiency in scripting languages

Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Experience with GSuite and SaaS tools
