Responsibilities

• Defines and prioritizes AI use cases with business units and creates a roadmap for AI initiatives.
• Provides training and resources to enable understanding and adoption of AI concepts.
• Drives adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organization and promotes innovation.
• Monitors performance of AI initiatives and iterates to improve outcomes.
• Oversees data architecture, engineering, platforms, and governance for a robust data ecosystem.
• Collaborates with engineering, digital, product and business leaders to embed data-driven decision making.
• Ensures AI solutions meet regulatory and ethical standards in aerospace contexts.
