• Participate in up to three different engineering roles over a 2-year period, rotating every six to eight months.
• Work on real projects with significant responsibilities in engineering and execution processes.
• Engage in formal and on-the-job training, leadership and mentorship opportunities.
• Complete capstone projects and other assignments outside regular rotations.
• Collaborate with teams across functions to support diverse placements and learning.
