A leading construction company in the UK is launching its Future Talent Programme, a two-year graduate scheme aimed at individuals graduating in 2025 or 2026. The program includes four six-month rotations across global sites, offering real project experience and the opportunity to develop strong business and leadership skills. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, along with a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Experience in a business or engineering environment is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages valuable.
• Willingness to travel for 6 month assignment.
