Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a proactive operations professional to support the day-to-day management of the Amazon account. You will help ensure accurate order processing, on-time deliveries, and seamless communication with customers, transport providers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all collection and delivery requirements are met.
• Liaise with transport providers, warehouses, customers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Respond to customer and operational escalations within one hour and manage through to resolution.
• Support team members by providing holiday and sickness cover across operational functions.
• Communicate delays, service failures, and exceptions in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the Service Manager with operational challenges, customer queries, and service improvement initiatives.
• Support cost control measures while maintaining agreed customer service standards.
• Ensure operational decisions consider both customer satisfaction and commercial impact.
