Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Healthcare Logistics team is seeking an organized professional to manage healthcare road freight shipments across import, export, cross-trade and domestic distribution. You will collaborate with customers, planners and suppliers to ensure SOPs and regulatory requirements are followed, delivering reliable service and accurate documentation.

• Experience in healthcare logistics and road freight operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare road freight shipments across import, export, cross-trade and domestic distribution.
• Deliver high level of customer service by understanding needs and providing timely updates.
• Support onboarding and implementation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Provide accurate spot quotes and set-rate solutions with Planning and other teams.
• Ensure bookings, customs docs, invoicing and system data are accurate and timely.
• Monitor service performance and support CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain compliance with GDP, QSHE and GxP requirements.
