Preply is seeking a Risk & Reputation Communications Manager to protect and strengthen our global reputation as we scale. You will lead communications planning and response for emerging issues, reputational risks and sensitive topics across Preply.

This role sits in Brand and collaborates with Legal, Trust & Safety, CX, Product and senior leadership. You will build crisis playbooks, centralised messaging libraries and proactive reputation strategies to safeguard learners and tutors

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or reputation management.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive or high‑profile communications issues.
• Excellent judgment on public responses across multiple channels.
• Strong writing skills and experience advising senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess and manage emerging issues that could affect Preply’s reputation.
• Develop communications strategies for complex or sensitive issues.
• Translate complex operational or legal issues into clear external communications.
• Create recommendations on when to respond, monitor, or escalate.
• Lead crisis preparedness, playbooks and incident responses.
