Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Division Manager Risk & Compliance in Peterborough, UK, to lead the division's internal controls and compliance programs within the IPSD.

The role covers global operations and collaborates with Legal, Trade, Finance, and Operations while guiding a team of controls professionals. The position reports to the Division CFO and manages a team of around 15 professionals, requiring a strong governance mindset and executive presence to drive responsible business growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective division compliance programs to drive a culture of compliance and align with our Values In Action.
• Own and continuously improve the division compliance framework.
• Partner with Legal, Trade, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams.
• Drive risk-based prioritization of compliance activities and remediation efforts.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
• Prepare leadership updates on key risks and compliance health.
• Develop and monitor compliance and ethics initiatives for the division and guide management.
