Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Division Manager Risk & Compliance in Peterborough, UK, to lead global compliance programs and internal controls within the IPSD.

The role directs a team of controls professionals, oversees trade compliance, and partners with Legal, Finance and Operations to drive governance and responsible growth. Requires strong leadership, executive presence, and an ability to distill complex compliance issues for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate initiatives across a global division.
• Extensive experience in audit and compliance activities within complex operations.
• Deep understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management processes.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance matters clearly to executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve division compliance programs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead risk-based prioritization and remediation of compliance issues.
• Oversee trade compliance, dealer, distributor, and OEM compliance procedures.
• Partner with Legal, Trade, Finance, Operations and commercial teams to drive governance.
• Prepare leadership updates on key risks and compliance health.
• Develop and monitor ethics initiatives and provide guidance to management.
