Caterpillar is seeking a Division Manager Risk & Compliance in Peterborough, UK. This senior role leads internal controls, trade compliance, and enterprise-wide governance, reporting to the Division CFO. Manage ~15 professionals and partner with Legal and Finance functions to strengthen compliance and business growth.

The role requires a full-time, in-office schedule with strong communication and executive presence to influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong controls and compliance experience is required.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk management and governance frameworks.
• Experience in trade compliance or related regulatory areas is a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve division compliance programs and culture.
• Own the division's compliance framework and governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Trade, Finance and Operations teams.
• Lead risk-based prioritization of activities and remediation.
• Identify compliance risks and report to leadership.
• Develop and monitor ethics initiatives and guidance for management.
