Job summary

You will translate customer needs into requirements, plan validation activities, and provide technical leadership across the organisation to drive robust product development.

Qualifications

• Strong background in systems engineering, product development or validation engineering.
• Experience leading complex engineering or validation activities end to end.
• Knowledge of validation strategy and product testing.
• Ability to analyse and solve complex engineering problems with evidence-based decisions.
• Proven project leadership and ownership, managing risks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering and validation delivery for assigned products and projects.
• Translate product and customer needs into system requirements and objectives.
• Shape risk identification and validation strategy with DFMEAs.
• Plan and coordinate targeted validation activities with resources and schedules.
• Analyse evidence and lead technical problem-solving across tests and field data.
• Provide technical leadership and communicate risks to senior stakeholders.
