Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a Global Reward Analyst to join our team in a hybrid setup. You will report to the Global Reward Specialist and undertake administrative and analytical work across UK benefits, salary analysis, and annual salary/bonus processes.

In this role you will manage benefits renewal windows, monthly reports, vendor collaborations, data protection compliance, and end-to-end requisitions and invoices, while supporting year-end salary reviews and bonus processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reward, HR, HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in large data sets.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to support multiple tasks/projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of employee benefits such as pensions, healthcare or flexible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support with annual benefits renewal windows.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies in handling sensitive employee information.
• Preparation of various documentation including salary and year end memos.
• Inbox management—responding to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits with clear information.
• End to end management of requisitions and invoices.
• Provide general administrative support to the Reward team as needed.
• Support year-end processes including salary reviews and annual bonus.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of reward-related policies and processes.
• Support data requests and audit requirements as needed.
