Portfolio HR & Reward is seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to join an international service provider on a temporary basis until mid-January 2027. You will act as the analytical engine of the rewards team, handling complex compensation and benefits data in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Reward and Benefits Manager, you will configure HRIS (SuccessFactors), lead international reward initiatives, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and communicate updates to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Reward Analyst.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SuccessFactors.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• System configuration will be at the forefront of this role, testing, rollout and configuration within HRIS (SuccessFactors).
• Spearheading international reward initiatives including salary review, market benchmarking, recruitment and retention, budget setting and policies and process.
• Internal governance and regulatory requirements should be met, focusing on compensation and benefits documentation and audit trails.
• Confidently keep stakeholders up to date with any issues and initiatives that may impact the reward and HR strategy.
• Navigate multiple employment laws and currencies.
