Job summary

Executive Network Group in the UK is seeking a Head of Reward to lead the Reward agenda for a global logistics and supply chain organisation. Based in Coalville on hybrid basis, with 1–2 days weekly on-site in Leicestershire, the Head Of Reward oversees compensation and benefits strategy across UK, Ireland and Nordic operations.

The full-time post pays £90,000 to £100,000 annually, plus company car, bonus and wider benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation and benefits management.
• Proven leadership at senior level within complex organisations.
• Experience operating in European/global matrix structures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all compensation, salary structures, rate ranges, pensions, and benefits renewals.
• Align UK reward initiatives with regional, European, and global C&B governance.
• Support annual pay negotiations and salary benchmarking with senior HR Heads.
• Ensure robust job evaluation frameworks, reward governance, and compliance.
• Direct, mentor, and manage a team comprising two Reward Advisors and a Reward Administrator.
