Job summary

RedGreen Partners is seeking an experienced Reward Manager in the UK to shape and deliver the organisation's reward, benefits and wellbeing offering. You will lead design and delivery from business case through to implementation and executive reporting.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering with senior leaders and developing a small reward team. Base package includes £75,000–£85,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across compensation, benefits and wellbeing.
• Strong knowledge of salary reviews, benchmarking, incentives, pensions, healthcare and flexible benefits.
• Experience of job evaluation and grading methodologies, such as WTW, Hay or Mercer.
• Ability to turn complex reward data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing senior and executive leaders.
• Previous people management, coaching or team development experience.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A practical, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach.
• An understanding of reward governance, compliance and relevant tax considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual salary reviews, market benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Manage salary structures, job grading and reward data.
• Support delivery of incentive and share plans.
• Produce reward analysis, financial modelling and executive-level reporting.
• Advise senior stakeholders on complex reward challenges.
• Support reward governance, regulatory compliance and executive remuneration activity.
• Lead benefits renewals, market reviews, tenders and provider negotiations.
• Review benefits performance using cost, utilisation and employee feedback.
• Develop initiatives across wellbeing, pensions and financial wellbeing.
• Improve reward processes through automation and simplification.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team.
