Job summary

Subsea7 is seeking a Group Reward Coordinator to join our team in Westhill, Aberdeen, Sutton (London) on a staff basis. You will support the Group Reward Specialist and Global HR in coordinating global reward and mobility activities, providing staff support and contributing to reporting and budgeting efforts.

Key responsibilities include the annual salary review, incentive scheme administration, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
• Proven experience in a similar reward/mobility role.
• Strong Excel reporting and analytics skills.
• Experience handling confidential data with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate annual global reward processes including salary review and incentive schemes.
• Respond to global HR queries on reward and mobility policies.
• Maintain reward and mobility data and reporting in systems.
• Support Global HR teams and employees with mobility-related queries.
