Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is shaping its Reward function from London, delivering executive remuneration, share plans and global mobility programmes to support our people and strategy.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax and Legal to provide governance, analytics and operational support across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience within Reward with exposure to Executive Remuneration, Share Plans and/or Global Mobility.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of reward governance, compliance and best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Support executive remuneration processes, including benchmarking, annual reviews, incentive outcomes and Remuneration Committee reporting.
  • Administer employee share plans and executive equity programmes, managing grant cycles, vesting events, reporting and communications.
  • Coordinate global mobility activities, including international assignments, relocations and cross-border working arrangements.
  • Produce reward analytics, reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to reward projects, process improvements and annual reward activities, ensuring strong governance and data integrity.

Job description

Location

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London, Kings Cross office.

Contract Type

6 months FTC

The Opportunity

Join our Reward team and play a key role in delivering executive remuneration, share plans and global mobility programmes that support our people and business strategy.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal and external partners, you will provide analytical, operational and governance support to ensure reward programmes are competitive, compliant and delivered effectively across multiple jurisdictions.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support executive remuneration processes, including benchmarking, annual reviews, incentive outcomes and Remuneration Committee reporting.
  • Administer employee share plans and executive equity programmes, managing grant cycles, vesting events, reporting and communications.
  • Coordinate global mobility activities, including international assignments, relocations and cross-border working arrangements.
  • Produce reward analytics, reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Relevant professional qualification in Reward, HR, Finance, Tax or a related discipline.
