Job summary

Subsea7 is seeking a Group Reward Coordinator to support global reward and mobility activities across multiple offices. The role collaborates with Group Reward Specialist and Global HR Teams to deliver accurate, timely services.

The position involves data management, reporting, and project support, with exposure to SuccessFactors and international mobility processes. This is a staff role based in London/Sutton area.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) or ability to learn quickly.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills with reporting/analytics.
• MS Office 365, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• Higher/ HND or equivalent education.
• Discretion handling confidential data.
• Willingness to learn Reward and Global Mobility practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual global salary review and incentive schemes.
• Handle global reward and mobility queries from HR teams.
• Assist with mandatory reward/mobility reporting and surveys.
• Maintain reward/mobility materials and data on provider sites.
• Support expat medical scheme administration and global mobility tasks.
• Provide reporting for Group analysis and budgeting.
