This key leadership role offers high visibility across executive stakeholders, as well as clear future progression pathways if desired. As Head of Reward, you will take ownership of the full Compensation & Benefits function, providing strategic and operational guidance to the HR Leadership Team and global C&B stakeholders. Managing a dedicated team, you will oversee reward governance, annual pay reviews, trade union negotiation benchmarking, benefits renewals, and executive reward frameworks.
