Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking a Head of Reward to lead the reward agenda across the UKIN business. This is a senior role responsible for strategic direction and hands-on delivery of reward programs.

You will drive annual reward cycles, salary benchmarking, benefits and pension programmes, and ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance across the region. The role requires influencing senior stakeholders and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level reward experience within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge across compensation, benefits, salary structures, benchmarking and incentives.
• Experience developing and delivering reward strategies.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging where appropriate.
• Strong understanding of UK reward legislation and best practice.
• Pragmatic and commercially minded with ability to balance expectations with affordability.
• Capable of operating in a fast-paced, changing environment and owning complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus and incentive arrangements and wider reward activity.
• Lead salary and rate range management, job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking.
• Provide expert reward advice to senior stakeholders, in country and internationally.
• Lead review and ongoing management of benefits including pension arrangements.
• Support development and management of salary budgets and workforce planning.
• Ensure reward policies and practices comply with UK, Ireland and Nordic legislation.
