  • Experience leading a global payroll provider RFP or transformation project.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Reward agenda including pay reviews and benchmarking.
  • Manage a team of Compensation & Benefits Specialists and Payroll Specialist.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits operations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Shape reward strategy and improve existing processes.
  • Use data to influence decisions.
