Job summary

Kambi is a leading B2B provider of premium sports betting services, and this role sits within our global People team. You will own Reward initiatives from analysis to implementation, shaping salary bands, benefits, and incentive programs across a multi-country organisation.

Operating in a hybrid model with three days in the office, you’ll partner with benefits providers and brokers to deliver competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits within an international organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of salary benchmarking, salary bands and compensation structures.
• Experience reviewing or developing commission, bonus or other incentive arrangements.
• Strong experience working with employee benefits across multiple countries or regions.
• Confidence partnering with benefits providers, brokers and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret compensation data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Independent project ownership from analysis to communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape salary structures: review and develop salary bands and pay structures.
• Evolve global benefits: assess benefits across locations and improve consistency and value.
• Strengthen external partnerships: engage providers and brokers for negotiations and renewals.
• Improve incentive programmes: review commission and bonus plans and propose changes.
• Develop Reward foundations: support job architecture, leveling and salary structures.
• Deliver key Reward cycles: run annual Reward activities with data and clear communication.
• Turn data into decisions: use benchmarking and market insight to inform stakeholders.
• Make Reward simpler: improve processes and communications for a consistent global experience.
