This role partners with the Global Retail Operations Senior Director to translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinate regional teams (EMEA, Americas, APAC, Middle East), and deliver store openings, closures, and ongoing improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail operations within a multi-channel, international environment.
• Strong understanding of store operations, systems, and retail processes.
• Proven ability to support global projects and drive operational improvements at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and retail systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Support development and rollout of global retail operations processes, ensuring consistency and scalability across all markets.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent implementation of global initiatives.
• Track progress of key projects and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Consolidate global retail operations reporting, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Support store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures; ensure operational readiness.
